2022年8月18日，越南發(fā)布G/SPS/N/VNM/142號(hào)通報(bào)，頒布了保健食品等產(chǎn)品中污染物最高水平國(guó)家技術(shù)法規(guī)。主要內(nèi)容包括：保健食品、膳食補(bǔ)充劑的分類(lèi)、定義；保健食品、膳食補(bǔ)充劑有關(guān)污染物的食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；保健食品、膳食補(bǔ)充劑的食品抽樣和檢測(cè)方法。該法規(guī)擬于2022年12月15日采用。
